    For the price (under $90) I think it would be hard to complain as it is better than stock.

    The puig 7229H touring windscreen (light smoke) looks great but doesn't cut the buffeting as good as I thought it would. I'm 5'9" with a 31" inseam and ride with a full coverage helmet. I have to admit it's been very windy every time I ridden and I am still trying it in different positions. I don't have the side to side head shake buffeting like the stock shield so it's definitely better than stock. I didn't realize that the top portion of the windscreen curved up which I think hurts more than helps. The light smoke doesn't bother me at all and adds to the looks of my 2014 vstrom 1000.

    2018 DL1000

    Fits perfect. Good quality. Does reduce buffeting quite a bit compared to cut down stock. I have it on lowest setting and middle lean position. Top of screen is just at the limit of where i like it (I don’t like looking through screen when I ride).
