Give it plenty of time to dry....it takes longer...then you get a gorgeous 3-D look. It's my very favorite.
Well, my review is above. This is my very favorite nail polish. I think they came out with about 44 colors and then discontinued the line of Prism's. Wish they would launch some more colors. This is my very favorite nail polish. I love it and been stocking up on some new discontinued colors. They are all beautiful.
