Item arrived quickly and complete. I was slightly concerned regarding the custom insert, however, I found it fit my X390 20Q0 like a glove. Insert is of high quality, and appears to be constructed of very high-density closed-cell foam. If I had more laptops of similar dimensions, I'd happily purchase the remaining stock. A+.

This case is excellent, it has a nice heavy sucking when you open it and the air pressure changes so clearly that is working. The precut form is simply a nice addition though I'll have to take most of it out to fit my chrombook. It is a solid case exactly as described. As for the seller, they are very responsive and helpful, easy to work with and ship fast.
