    Terrible customer service! I bought my daughter a purple frozen bike pictured in the advert. The item arrived quickly but was a blue frozen bike not in the advert. I messaged them with photos & when they replied 3 days later there was no apology & they stated it was the correct bike they had sent despite my photos but that I could return for refund if not happy. I kept the bike as would have been more hassle, but not happy about it being wrongly advertised, they haven't bothered to reply since!
