    Provided plenty of parts for the job

    The kit contained 10 capacitors and 1 fuse. There were plenty of capacitors so I could replace those that had gone bad. I actually needed only 3 so I still have 7 remaining if others go bad later. I went to YouTube for instructions for how to repair the power supply and others regarding testing, removing, and reinstalling capacitors. It took only two hours for the repair and the TV works great again. I got two quotes for a TV repair company which were $215 and $175 with NO GUARANTEE that the repair would work.

    Easy peazy

    After watching a You Tube video and diagnosing the problem (blown capacitors), I ordered replacements. The fix was super easy and cheap (about $20 compared to $400). Definitely one of my big wins this year.
