Communication was great to ship the correct item. They emailed and texted to ask me to verify with a picture. Seat arrived without problem. There were minimal instructions in the box and they were generic to all installs about how to cut holes, which I didn't have to do. It shipped with some hardware (staples and screws) that didn't go with my install. By chance, I found a video on YouTube that was some help. I called them directly for help and am still waiting for a return call.
