    had an issue with the back zipper as the zipper pull was missing so no way to open it but seller had great communication and made it right offering me a choice to return it and shipping would be returned or keeping it and receiving a partial refund. i opted for the later rather than send it back. Great communication and I’ve bought 4 other items from this seller without issues. This was a fluke and seller made it right, Would do business with this seller again. A+++++

    I contacted this seller on Monday, 2 days ago to complain that the bag I received was in no way the same quality as their photograph!! This should be taken down. This bag looks very cheap and is not worth the money. The seller hasn’t even got back to me although I said I wanted to send it back. I will never buy from this seller again.
