Crossmember arrived damaged.
Delivered driver also smashed tiles on my step at home.
Ben at Ribble Valley 4x4 stated that the damage caused is not there problem and out of his hands. It’s up to me to contact DX the courier.
Item bought on 24th March and now has been sent back and should have arrived by now.
Still no refund
Crossmember looked ok other that the damage but the customer service is diabolical
I’m still waiting for a refund and to be contacted about the damage to my house!
