Shipping was fast and the packed very well. The backrest did fit, and the build quality seems to be good. It matched the stock HD Ultra seat nicely. I ended up taking the cushion off and mounting the brackets, then reinstalling the seat, and cushion. The backbof the cushion mount is bulky and not comfortable for an average to + sized passenger. This backrest is designed for a solo rider or a very small 2 up. I ended up taking it off, and am looking for a better option.

The item is made very well and looks nice matches the oem seat. It is not adjustable or removable without a few tools and lifting the rear of the seat to get to mounting bolts. It does not fold forward to allow ease of passenger getting on and off. My wife is 110 pounds so not a big deal for her and as far as adjusting back rest I am the only operator so set it and forget it. I am happy with purchase it works for us it would be nice to have some instructions on operation of rest.

I received the set in a reasonable time period. What the description did not make clear: the set does NOT INCLUDE the 2-up mount rack fastener hardware.
