Without any notification, Seller shipped a different tablet with different specs from the one ordered. The replacement will not work for my application. This was not a mistake! When contacted, the seller said original item is discontinued, and I should consider a return for refund. (buyer pays shipping and customs costs - again!)I said the order should have been immediately cancelled and a refund issued . No answer! I asked for a partial refund for the estimated difference in value. No answer!
