My experience with this vendor's customer service was absolutely horrible !! The item did not work when I received it. I put a fresh battery in the unit, making sure that it was installed properly and it still did not work. They refused to send me a new unit until I sent them a video of the unit not working. Seriously, send them a video of a 9 dollar finger pulse unit that never worked. I'm not technologically proficient enough to do that, so I guess they got me for the price of a bad unit.
