    Super handy tool, no gimmicks just a good old sharpener

    Wow what a find, didn't think simple things like these were still made, no fancy handles, covers, directions, etc., just swipe your blades over it and you know the job is done. I do one side and count to 10 then do the other side and count 10 again, my Dad taught me this when I was young, he didn't have this particular one of course but very similar todo the job without effort. When I received it I took 4 pairs of garden shears out on the deck and one by one gave them a going over . Now look around for things to sharpen, did all my scissors, some kitchen knives too. Buy it because it really works, fantastic price and got it so quickly. Of course when doing kitchen knives and scissors just be very gentle like you would file your nails lol Simone, Milford, Ct.

    OLD SCHOOL WORKS BEST FOR SHARPENING BLADES

    Everyone likes this sharpening stone, and so do I. Home Depot wanted $30 for some funky looking grater thing that looked like it wouldn't last too long. Glad to find this one that works just fine and will last as long as I do, if not more. lol.

    Nice tool sharpener

    This sharpener allows me to sharpen more area of my garden clippers because it can fit between the blades better due to its shape and size. Is well made and strong, and looks like it will last a long time.

    Best sharpening stone

    My father used this same stone when I was a kid. I continue to use it, as it works very well at sharpening my Ontario machete. It will also sharpen kitchen knives if you use it properly.
