Item was shipped quickly. On arrival, the item was damaged. Seller responded quickly to my notification and said they would file a damage claim with the shipper. Did not receive updates on progress of claim. After a month asked again for an update. Seller offered to refile the damage claim. It is now two months after receiving the item and there has been no resolution. Did not get a response to my last message. Seller not accepting return of the damaged item either. Cannot recommend this seller.

    The best value I have found in a translator!

    It is very easy to use. I was able to figure out how to operate it in about 3 or 4 minutes. The instructions told me everything I needed to know. It is so small, it easily fits in my purse. I have used it several times to communicate with my Spanish speaking customers. Thank you for a great product!
