Waited several weeks for item to arrive. Item broke the moment I tried to use it. I've used little tripods like this before. The legs fold outward and as I unfolded this one, both legs broke with almost no effort. This was not worthy of a negative feedback in itself. As long as they would take care of me.
I requested a refund and waited close to a week with no response at all. Alright... at this point it's worthy of negative feedback. Thank goodness I only lost $10 on these people.
