TLDR: 60% of the product were repeats and not as described. Seller was unwilling to acknowledge fault so return was initiated. Seller then lied about not receiving the return of the product although there was sufficient enough proof that the item was returned by all parties except seller. Thank you to Ebay and Paypal for stepping in to protecting the buyer, but highly advise against purchasing from this seller. Worst seller I have interacted with since being a buyer on Ebay.

Buyer purchased multiple packs of BULK Pokemon cards and was upset there were duplicates in DIFFERENT PACKS! Per Buyer request, we sent a prepaid return label that the buyer refused to use and supposedly "dropped off" the item and took a picture of it (didn't leave the item) and considered that to be sufficient proof of return.Ebay did not step in and take the Buyers side, Buyer contacted the credit card company and fraudulently claimed that it was stolen so they would do a chargeback.
