I appreciate your assistance with the three products I ordered from you on eBay. In the future you may want to reconsider shipping with USPS. The last three orders I received via USPS were damaged or missing items. Plus, their request for help and claims process is a total nightmare! Luckily, I did receive my entire order today, but it was a complete miracle. The envelope of my parcel was torn wide open and repackaged in plastic before delivery (see Photos).

That is very concerning. I have not had this issue with anyone else. Thank you so much for making me aware of the situation and being respectful about it. I will look into this situation and adjust accordingly. One way I have kept my prices so low and not changed in the last 3 years is in part due to USPS, but if they are regularly damaging packages that is not acceptable. Again, thank you very much!
