Shipping was horrible. Part of the problem falls on the seller being away on vacation. 1st shipment never arrived. 2nd shipment took over 20 days to arrive. Package went through all the main cities in Texas. Address was correct, this is all USPS fault. Other than that the product is great.

    Awesome Carrots!

    These dried carrots are so convenient and yes, they actually taste like carrots when cooked. Try adding one TBSP carrots to a cup of rice with 2 TBSP red lentils (both rinsed/drained), 2 tsp dried parsley, 2cups low sodium chicken broth, 2 tsp EVOO (olive oil), and herbs of choice if desired. Yes, that’s a bay leaf in the photo. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 15 minutes covered. DO NOT OPEN POT! Remove from heat & let rest still covered 10 minutes. Remove lid and fluff with fork. Enjoy!
