Multiple times I offered to assist the buyer in solving his issue but he refused each time. I asked him to send me pictures and a sample of the problem but he refused. To be clear, I NEVER refused to take back the item! I simply wanted proof of the issue and that it wasn't damaged after usage. He just wanted to return it without any proof of the problem. The message history with him proves what I've stated. I stand by my products. I will let others decide why he probably refused my help.
