    Wonderful story for all ages

    I recently began teaching Elementary Music and immediately started looking for this story as it adapts very well to the music classroom. I enjoy all of Jan Brett's stories and the illustrations are just as great. If you are looking for a story that children will fall in love with and one you will enjoy as well this is definitely a winner.     The Mitten, a Ukrainian Folk Tale.

    The Mitten is a Ukrainian folk tale about a lost mitten and the forest animals that find it. This version is a little different than the Original Ukrainian folktale version, but close. Very nice art and well written, it is an enjoyable book for children of all ages. Recommended by my Ukrainian wife!
