Sent one wrong size spring. Contacted and they sent a replacement straight away. One thing I dont care for is they ship their brush springs in 1st class standard envelopes. Springs get pretty flattened by the postal equipment shipping this way. Had to slip them over a right sized drill bit to work them back into shape........a thin sheet of small bubble bubble wrap or pice of thin foam plaed in the envelope wouold probably cure this.
