They are shocks but the springs are weak and barely hold up a 1/10 scale rc, the mounting points are thin and flop around. One wouldnt adjust and the seller asked to send a picture, how am I to send a picture of something not turning? I would not recommend these. I would suggest spending the extra $10 and getting a name brand set instead of these Chinese knock offs
