I haven't replaced the originals yet, but the steps seem straight forward and simple. Octoinjet even supplied gloves to keep my hands from getting soiled when removing old pads. The only issue I had was the length of time it took to receive the pads after they arrived state side at the Chicago postal facility. This is beyond Octoinjet's control as it is a US Customs issue.
