Great bang for your buck!
This thing works great. It is a good amp for beginners because it’s easy and it’s in rock and roll mode out of the box. You get that marshal stack cranked sound out of the box! But you can play with acoustic guitars as well! New guitar players will love it and old school cats will dog it but in the end they help kids learn the electric guitar and old guys like me smile because we finally got that legendary amp we dreamed about for 60 bucks!!This thing works great. It is a good amp for beginners because it’s easy and it’s in rock and roll mode out of the box. You get that marshal stack cranked sound out of the box! What a cool little practice amp.
What a cool little practice amp. The sound is plenty big enough for sitting in your room practicing and there is also a headphone jack just in case you don't want to disturb others. Works off one 9 volt battery, so you can take it on the go as well or a A/C jack if you prefer. And the compact size means it takes up almost no space and is easy to grab and go. For the price, I can't think of a single reason not to buy if this is what your in the market for. And lets not forget how it looks - a tiny Marshall Stack! Awesome!What a cool little practice amp. awesome little amp
lets be real, its a tiny amp with 2.75in speakers. its not going to sound like a 2x12 with a jcm 2000 on top of it. but for being so teeny tiny 4inx10in it sounds AWESOME great for practice at a desk, warming up before a show or even great for recording if you're want a cool tiny speaker effect. no, really. 'pierce the veil' used one just like it to record some funky guitar parts on their Selfish Machines album. if you buy it to use as a mini amp for warmups and hashing riffs out, you'll be more than pleased with its performance.lets be real, its a tiny amp with 2.75in speakers. its not going to sound like a 2x12 with a jcm 2000 on top of it. but for being so teeny tiny 4inx10in it sounds AWESOME great for practice at a desk, warming up before a show or even great for recording if you're want a cool tiny speaker effect. no, really. Not so good...
The mini MS4 do not have a clean sound so good, always with some overdrive distortion, not a good one. I have a Gibson LP with bustbucker pro pickups and the MS4 can afford the impedance of the sound, unless you play it on small volume. Yeah, it's cool to play around and practice a little, but it's better to buy a small amp..., unless you really like to have a crush on your sound.
