Seller cancelled order without explanation until already cancelled. Claims their system had problems with my listed address & didn't try to resolve with me. My zip code is used for two different cities, but the information I entered is correct in USPS, regardless of what the seller's system said. I get packages & mail here all the time. Also, if this was the issue, I could have told them to use the city showing as correct in their system as it would have worked. Rude communication afterwards.

Due to previous issues with addresses a blanket policy had to be made that if our commercial based shipping system finds fault with an address we will cancel the transaction as a risk reduction effort. Unfortunately buyer decided to argue against our policy even if it is in place to protect both buyer and seller from lost shipments and fraud. Buyer refused to understand and instead became aggressive during communication at which time our response was halted. We only wish to protect both parties.
