    This is a really good laptop smaller then i expected but very good overall however you cannot download a lot of things because most things your downloading only work for apple and Microsoft and this is powered by chrome

    Damaged but working well

    I received this product on time and packaged well. My samsung chromebook has light scratches and wear. The charging port is damaged and the charger does not stay in well. This will need to sit to charge, cannot use on lap while charging. Otherwise, product is as expected and works well. UPDATE - been working on it for 5 hours. Chrome os was damaged. I needed to do a powerwash and factory reset. Then I needed a thumb drive to perform a recovery using my MacBook for assistance. Still trying to recover OS, then will try to set up good as new. "Factory refurbished" is a lie. Whoever did this barely wiped the machine from the last user. I'm doing your job. Your welcome.

    Chrombook

    Although it can't be updated any further. It's still a great little unit for every day use and surf the web. Once connected to both printer and cell phones, it becomes even better. I recommend this if updates aren't too important too you and your trying to get something small and very portable for simple everyday use.

    excellent condition fast arrival

    I just received this but I absolutely love Samsung...this chromebook, its light weight, its price and especially how fast it arrived to my home...even the emails to let me know everything about the shipment. As far as I know even the battery life is long and if not the battery itself is affordable... so yes I give this a two thumbs up and am thinking about buying more for others for Christmas
