The items were new and unopened condition. I didn’t see many options for these struts, but didn’t check with dealership, but they look to be a good value and hopeful they will last as long as OEM. They are about identical in appearance and look fine. Shipping took some time, mainly hung up where FedEx gave to USPS, but item was shipped fast and arrived within time stated.

So to conclude the items received were as advertised but seller’s communication is poor.
