I was not aware of issue until buyer left negative feedback. I will take this one on the chin. Buyers item was delivered, but did have 7 day delay due to some kind of carrier issue, not sure of reason for delay as it is impossible to get factual reasons from carriers. Apologized to buyer several times and gave discount on order. I would prefer for all customers orders to be delivered on time, but in reality these things happen; though not very often. Most carriers have great service & timing!
