The golf iron was as described and in good condition, if not better than described.Shipping was fast but the packaging left a lot to be desired. The iron was placed in a plastic bag and placed between two pieces of cardboard that had been taped together. The ends of the cardboard sandwich was exposed where you could pull the iron out without any effort. How it survived the trip is a miracle. I'd insist on better packaging should I buy something from this seller again.

Could you be thinking of a different order? I use card board boxes from ULINE, with a 200lb per sq inch crush test rating, bubble out bags around club heads, thick kraft paper for void fill, and water activated tape to seal the ends of the box. That said, it is possible that the box was abused in shipment, and if that is the case I apologize. But, I have no control of how the package is handled after I hand it to UPS. I'm interested in seeing photos of the package if you still have it. Thanks

In talking to the seller on this, it appears the package was damaged at some point after it shipped and hastily boxed up by someone with the carrier. Kinda scary how they "fixed" the packaging. But it speaks highly of the seller taking the time to help solve this mystery.I still stand by the positive feedback and would buy from this seller again.
