Lea Salonga truly is one of a kind!!
After hearing Lea Salonga's voice in action, this is the first of many albums I will come to own of hers. I bought this album after discovering that she has a rendition of "vision of you"-- a song that I've always loved. Honestly, I enjoy listening to every track in this album and I have no problems setting it to 'repeat all.' The tracks that most stand out to me, however, are 'Vision of You,' 'Finish What You Started,' and 'A Flame for You.' The latter two are more upbeat, fun to listen to, and different from her usual recordings. personally, i love lea salonga. I think her style of musc is very relaxing and she connects with her audience well with her music. My favorite song is "We Could be in Love", which is the duet she sings with Brad Kane. If you are a fan of the movie "Aladdin" then, this cd might be a good buy for you, because even outside of the disney spectrum, lea has a very unique tatse and a great voice. Lea Salonga, one of the Philippines' pride
I really love listening to Lea Salongas sweet voice. no wonder she was chosen to lead in the stage play "Miss Saigon" and chosen to sing in two remarkable Disney movies Aladin and Mulan. I have this album in cassette tape only back in the early 90's, but when i saw it on sale at ebay, i didn't hesitate to bid on it. Fortunately i won. Lea Salonga truly has a good voice
All tracks in the album showcases Lea's singing prowess. She has a distinct voice quality that it is no wonder that she was chosen to be the singing voice behind some Disney princess characters. All in all this album is worth listening to especially if you are particular with vocal quality.
