The seller was responsive and showed me extra pictures of the device to ensure there were no dead pixels. However, the seller opted to pack everything into a gaming headset box without extra padding which resulted in the original DS breaking its hinge in transit.
I understand that damage in transit happens but the seller could have packaged everything better and responded to my criticism about this better. He might learn but I'd be weary of purchasing fragile stuff from this seller for now.
