As described ~ be aware that I purchased this candle ring on Jan. 21st and it took the seller until Jan. 30th to finally get around to shipping it (hence the neutral feedback rating). I sent a message to the seller on Jan. 28th inquiring as to the shipping status and was told "This is due to ship out tomorrow, and that should happen - as soon as I get it packed you'll get the tracking number and know it's on the way. :)" And it didn't ship out on the 29th as I was told in the seller's reply.

Please note that our area was in the middle of a snow and ice storm that week (even our post office was closed for a time!). We didn't have the ability to ship any sooner. Even so, we only shipped one day later than it was due to ship, as per our posted turnaround time. I'm sorry we couldn't do better!

Furthermore, the item's quality was cheap...given the price, including shipping, did not meet expectations. Could have found similar in a dollar store.
