      Excellent printer with good functionality.

      After reviewing several competitors I settled on the HP LaserJet Pro M402dne because it was one of the few with all my requirements and it is an HP. Over many years of buying printers as an engineer and IT Director I have found HP printers to be of consistent high quality. Not always the cheapest to buy or operate but always dependable and long lived. This one seems to be a typical HP printer. I especially like the automatic duplexing and aux paper tray that allows you to easily feed a sheet to print on the back of something previously printer and to do envelopes.

      Missing Cord

      The printer worked great and came with all the stickers attached of an unused product. However, the USB cord linking the printer to the computer was missing. Thankfully the printer we were replacing had the same cord so we could reuse but if it hadn't worked we would've had to purchase another part.

      Great printer, with a hopefully minor software issue

      Great printer, but has some issues when it'll occasionally wake up but not print. Pretty sure this is either a driver bug, or firmware bug. Hopefully HP gets it fixed soon.

      HP Laserjet M402dn Printer

      This is the best Duplex printer that I have used. It is faster than my L7680. I plan on purchasing several more, as I have 11 computers in house.
