Purtroppo, esperienza non positiva. Il tessuto è carino, ma troppo leggero per alcune realizzazioni come nel mio caso (sedili e pannelli porte auto). Purtroppo il venditore, forse male informato dal produttore, affermava il contrario. Anche la procedura di restituzione e rimborso non è stata semplice: poca attenzione ai messaggi inviati, per non attendere oltre è stato necessario far intervenire ebay. Sicuramente da migliorare l'attenzione al cliente, la serietà si vede anche da questo.

Accettiamo tutto ma non la mancanza di serietà, abbiamo inviato le foto a dimostrazione che il tessuto viene utilizzato per rivestimento parti interne di auto, se non piaceva era normale un reso, che abbiamo accettato subito senza problemi, il ricorso ad eBay era solo perché ci è stato reso un pezzo in cui mancano 10 cm di tessuto. Perché ha voluto provare....senza nostra autorizzazione. La serietà è quella di inviare il pezzo di tessuto come lo avevamo spedito. NOI SIAMO SERI Rimborso immediato
