    Ender 3 was perfect, factory new, this was an open box item but was still in original container. no flaws or blemishes, No missing parts. The instruction manual was hard to read but there is a fantastic video on you tube that will take you step by step through the assembly procedure. Shipping was prompt and price was good. Make sure to order a roll of filament so you will have it when your printer arrives, the demo package isn't enough to print anything. This is about the quietest printer !!!

    I was surprised that the ender 3 arrived completely new since i fully expected it to arrive in atleast used quality. The only problem I have is that since i was using the parts from the printer for a project i wasnt able to take apart the hot end completely, for some reason the screw under the heatsink was completely glued with something too strong to remove. Because of that i had to order the nozzle elsewhere.

    It's not brand new and it got filament and hot glue all over it the tray is scratch all up this is bs and uncalled for thank for nothing taking my money
