Excellent piano, very pleased.
Fantastic action, great samples, a pleasure to play. I've been a jazz pianist for 35 years and used to hate playing any type of keyboard. The FP-30 makes me miss normal pianos a lot less. It's convenient to take with me to gigs and I know exactly what to expect each time. It's also nice to have an electric piano patch for certain tunes.

Great keyboard!
Fantastic instrument! Has the feel and sound of an acoustic. Packing leaves a bit to be desired--cardboard box with styrofoam inserts at either end. Both foam bits were smashed, but the piano appears undamaged. ALSO, it DOES come with a pedal. I didn't know that and ordered one that now I have no use for. Overall, very pleased with this purchase!

Great product but terrible packaging(- 1 star because of that)
I used to have a Yamaha P105 but was dead. So I bought this to replace that. The feel of the keys and the sound are awesome, significantly better than the Yamaha. And I like the way it looks. The only con of this product is that the number of function buttons is minimized, which means you often have to look up the manual to use the functions. Overall it is the best choice for the price. However, the packaging was terrible, only has two pieces of foam in a thin cardboard box. Very dangerous. When I got my package, one corner was damaged, and one piece of foam was broken. Fortunately the product was survived. I used to have a Yamaha P105 but was dead. So I bought this to replace that. Classically trained pianist
I am classically trained in piano, but quit years ago. I have not had a piano in 15 years. I bought this to play again. Growing up in the 80's and 90's, I had the fortune and joy of rehearsing on a 6'3" Baldwin grand, recitals on Steinways. I swear that the action on this keyboard is just as good, if not BETTER than I remember on those incredibly expensive instruments back when. I can be as expressive as my skill allows on this keyboard. The tech has progressed much farther than I expected. The FP-30 has exceeded every one of my expectations that I had for it, except for one; the bluetooth app. It's not awful, but it's no VST. I am classically trained in piano, but quit years ago. Great keyboard in its class.
This is an awsome keyboard. The 88 weighted keys make the action feel a lot like a concertgrand piano. I researched a number of keyobards in this price range and found this to be one of the best values.
