Not an "Exact" replacement but very close. i had to sand 1mm off the diameter of the neck so that it would fit into the bag far enough to open the valve inside the balloon. (The diameter of the original was 16mm).. Also had to sand down the top of the neck so that the o-ring would stay on. These were very critical dimensions and I'm surprised it was not caught during manufacturing. After some modification it works fine now.
