Upon receiving the tackle box we ordered in good faith we contacted the seller "Oceansailler" with this message-There was no mention in the description that the latch was "cracked" when we placed the order or did it appear in the pictures. From the way it was received with a piece of tape affixed, somehow it became broken and was sent out that way. This is poor salesmanship. She refused to admit the obvious deception. We don't feel dishonesty is a good policy for anyone.

Although this bag arrived clean and intact, I must admit that I cannot see nearly $9 for shipping as it was folded in 1/2 in a plastic mailing envelope with a faint odour of possible thrift shoppe in the bag. There was in fact a tag on it that must have had a price on it, but it was cleared of any prices. The tag had to be place on the bag by another business.... like a thrift shoppe, because Thirty One does NOT put those type tags on their merchandise. Thank you and God Bless!
