    Buch kam gestaucht bei mir an. Verpackung war nicht geeignet, das Buch gegen Stoß ausreichend zu schützen. Auf Nachricht überhaupt keine Reaktion. Erst als ich bei ebay einen Fall eröffnete kam eine Reaktion. Aber! Verkäufer verweigert Nacherfüllung obwohl er gegen die Verpackungsrichtlinien des Transportdienstleisters verstossen hat und geforderte Minderung auch verweigert und hat nur 50% der Forderung zurückerstattet. Das Verpacken muss er noch lernen, und die Rechtstreue auch. Enttäuschend.⛔

    Buch war - wie jeder Artikel - sauber verpackt (siehe andere Bewertungen). Was der Käufer mit dem Artikel gemacht hat, entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Das Vorgehen erweckt den Eindruck, als wollte der Käufer nur Geld "rausschinden"...
