Affordable but outdated
During the course of the semester, I am discovering that this textbook is very sparse in delivering key information. If you are pursuing something in the field of groundwater, this is not the book for you. There are plenty of other textbooks on the market that are far more informative and better organized, not to mention, RECENTLY published. I don't appreciate the numerous typos that I've found so far and I'm only halfway through the book. I do appreciate that our professor chose this text because it's one of the cheaper options for topics on groundwater but this book is a poor supplement to lectures. It is also written with condescending language, which I believe would be edited to conform to modern times if this book to be re-released as a newer edition. My guess is that this book has ...
