I had to purchase two items and made an offer on one, asking to reduce by the shipping cost, so I didn’t have to pay to ship two items when they would likely be shipped together. The offer was declined, and I ended up buying the items I needed at full price. They work fine and were as described. I left negative feedback purely because of shipping. Qidi reached out today and apologized and offered to reimburse more than the shipping costs. Not many companies would do that, and I appreciate it.

Love this company. I purchased a Qidi model in 2020. The model is an older model and Amazon no longer sells the spare parts. This vendor has those parts and I'm appreciate that I can keep my printer going. This one of the items I had to pay separate shipping that was shipped with another item. I don't mind shipping costs since the items was coming from China but when two of the items were packaged together why the separate costs. Should offer a discount for customers that order multiple items
