    Item was not described as it actually was. Seller sent me a message just before shipping it to me telling about issues that it had that was not in the description. Found other issues (folded pages, loose pages, loose cover) that was not disclosed after receiving it. Other than the seller not being upfront about the description there was no problem with the transaction.

    I offered you a refund and an opportunity to cancel the deal before mailing and YOU chose to move forward with the purchase. FYI, The program is over 40 years old and is as pictured! I will still offer you a refund, minus the shipping costs. For the $4+ that I made on this deal, dealing with ridiculous complaints is just not worth the aggravation. Return the item at your own cost and I will process a refund minus shipping and we can both move on. Thank you.
