I think it will all work out - will update my feedback once resolved. I couldn't find a place to message back once I closed my return request; as it is, pendant is about 2.5cm wide. I would like the pendant to be maybe 25% smaller? 2cm wide or so? And if the chain it came with was 18 I would love 20". I appreciate the quick responses and the offer for this remedy very much!
