Highly recommend AAA_PCs for refurbished PCs. Their delivery package was exceptional in the detailed explanations and QA. I chose this Dell laptop because of the large screen and was not disappointed. Logged into Dell support for the 11 latest updates. Dell offers a support contract after completing the transfer ownership form. However at $190 it only covers software and no hardware. So for recovery I went with my own backup solution (Hint: Storagecraft/Arcserv) at a lower cost and security.

I like that the laptop is one I've used before and was as expected. However, one corner of the laptop clicks occasionally like it's loose and the buttons by the TouchPad are kind of soft. It works great though so far!

Very pleased with the timely arrival of my Dell 15" i5. It was packed so well, completely bubble wrapped and insulated. I am not a tech expert and I was able to easily follow the included paper work to set it up. Exactly what I needed for work! Love the back-lit keyboard and my work apps are working much more quickly than with my old i3. Thank you for being professional and honest. Would definitely recommend!
