Item shipped with no packaging protection whatsoever. Just the box shoved into another box. Items like this need to be shipped with something to cushion the travels. Not happy with that and I paid a premium on shipping.

While everyone is entitled to their opinion, to say the set was "shoved into another box" is simply not true. Each set is carefully wrapped in DOUBLE WALL cardboard with the ends folded over making it super thick at those critical areas. This prevents the set inside the box from moving in transit. As far as paying a premium - I charge the calculated USPS shipping rate, nothing more.
