ring wheel on my JD 214 today and I discovered that the cap center was far different but the splines were correct. Also, I understood that I was buying a new steering wheel and the information posted on Ebay verifies this. This steering wheel is far from new and is warped as well. At this point I am requesting that you send me a brand new manufactured steering wheel or send me an RMA number covering postage and refund my money.
