Seller printed shipping label and never shipped the item. Been in return purgatory since. I want to return (if you can even use that word for an item never received) the item, but since I submitted a complaint with eBay I have to wait 4 days before I can do so (stupid policy).

No, I shipped it and UPS killed it and they don't pay claims. Ebay has a severe problem with engine returns. They allow buyers to send back junk engines, return engines with parts taken off it, run em with out oil and blow them up in 15 minutes, etc and that's the skinny on your order. I'll ship another or refund you.
