The courier declined to deliver the item at the front desk of my condo, claiming there is money owing and sent the package to Canada post for pickup.
When i went to Canada post to pick up they made me pay $46 staying this is customs fee. The seller never mentioned that there will be extra costs on top of ten amount I had paid which included all.
Also, ten item I received had an internal crack at the top right corner which was not visible from the picture of the item.
