Seller intentionally shipped me a damaged matchbook and all the matchsticks missing. The description did not mention anything about it being damaged and was not shown in the pic!

I apologize for the confusion, however the description of the item did specify "matchbook cover" and did not say that it was unstruck or unused. The photos in the ad were exactly as it was when it was shipped. I am not sure how it became damaged enough to tear in half when you received it. I can assure you that we did not "intentionally" ship it ripped in half. We are honest and take great pride in our items that we have listed. I'm sure we can figure out how to correct this situation.
