I Purchased an iphone 12 on Black Friday - a great price with the discount. Unfortunately the phone was faulty ( poor sound quality) . A replacement was promised - however they decided to refund rather than honour the agreement. I have spent 3days trying to speak to someone but to no avail.

Other than a small graze mark on bottom left corner of the phone(probably from the case that was on it) and the battery been at 87 it’s like a brand new handset! I bought the iPhone 12 as a back up for my iPhone 13 and there’s literally no difference in quality (my 13 I got brand new) the 12 isnt and id never know any different I’m glad I took a leap of faith when I purchased it was a good leap
