Sold as new but pretty sure it was just refurbished. Packaging was new but phone had minor damage on it right out of the box. After one week a small black spot has appeared on the screen, seems to be a dead spot on the pixels. The phone was also locked to verison (american phone company) which cost me more money to unlock. If you want this LG phone just buy a refurbished and unlocked one from walmart for cheaper.
